WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Asia Beauty Mall offers 1-5 business day shipping on all merchandise orders within the USA except for Alaska, Guam and Hawaii which may take up to 14 days.  Please refer to our shipping page for more details on the cost.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We'll send you an email as soon as your order is processed. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.

IS THERE A SALES TAX CHARGE ON MY ORDER?

There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to Virginia (VA).

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can also track your order from your order page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please refer to our return policy page for more details.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, our shipping team will start processing your order.  Once your order is marked "shipped" with tracking number, we may not be able to cancel your order. Please use the contact form and select the "Cancel" subject from the selection as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We'll contact you what we can do.

PACKAGE RECEIVED WITH DAMAGED ITEM?

We work very hard to package your item with protected materials to ensure item doesn't get damage during transit. We understand damaged could still occur due to some unforeseen circumstance. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact our customer service with 48 hours using the contact form from the home page and we will evaluate the damage situation and apply for a partial/full refund or offer a replacement.

Absolutely! We take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality of Asian beauty. We stand by this promise to do so with every product we carry in our store. All of our products are sourced directly from authorized suppliers in Asia.
