Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You may initiate the return through the order page or by contacting us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  25% restocking fee would apply for used or open items.

Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by Asia Beauty Mall will be refunded.  Extra products included in the return package unconfirmed in the return request, especially if from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, if the issue is our fault, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Once received, we will refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email.  This can take 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
